RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Digital Readings

Tarot readings are personalised digital products, recorded specifically for you. Because of that, readings cannot be refunded once they have been recorded and sent.

Before your reading is recorded — if you change your mind before I've started, email me and I'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

If your reading is late — if I miss the delivery window stated on the product page, email me. You can choose a full refund or upgrade to express at no charge.

If there's a technical problem — if your link doesn't work, the audio is unusable, or the file won't play, email me within 7 days and I'll re-send or re-record it at no cost.

Readings are for guidance and reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
